Squarepusher
Not a huge fan of the older Jenkinson (the younger being Ceephax Acid Crew, who I can't get enough of...), but I do love this tune
The vocal sample isn't as good as Autechre's 'is it washable?' used in Under BOAC, available here, or Aaron Funk's paranoid talk of pigeons on Második Galamb (both must be up there with the best), but it works well with the playful melody in this track
Warp-related news: Plaid are set to perform the world premiere of Greedy Baby with Bob Jaroc as part of the Optronica Festival on 20th July 2005 at the BFI Imax. I have somehow managed to miss Plaid's surround sound performances in the past, but not this one...
